Introducing the latest Te Puna Hāpori Bond Series - a New Community Housing Development in Manurewa, Auckland, New Zealand.

We are delighted to share that Brightlight has played a crucial role in securing funding for a $7.8 million, 18-unit community housing apartment building on Beaumonts Way in Manurewa, Auckland. This development aims to address the ever-increasing demand for high-quality, safe, and clean housing for numerous individuals and families listed on the Government Housing Register.

Through its Te Puna Hāpori Bond strategy, Brightlight raised the necessary funds and collaborated with socially conscious organisations such as Verdi Properties, the Salvation Army, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, and Generate KiwiSaver to bring this impactful project to fruition.

Te Puna Hāpori, translating to "spring of wellbeing," embodies the essence of the project. We hope to empower residents to pursue personal growth and realise their aspirations by providing a nurturing living environment.
